For our valued international customers outside of the USA, TruckScanners.com also offers a convenient return process.

Shipping Information for International Orders:

• Flat Rate Shipping: International orders to Canada and Australia incur a flat rate shipping fee of $499.00 USD. Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days via FedEx Priority mail international, price also includes customs & duties paid by truckscanners.com 

Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns for international orders. Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Exchanges:

Upon request and if applicable, we may exchange your product if it is still under warranty.  

Restocking fees: We do NOT charge any restocking fees for any of our products returned for refund.

It’s important to note that our warranty differs from our 30-day return window, which is specifically for refunds.
