You may return the product back to us within 30 days, even if you didn’t like it. All of our items include a free prepaid return label, so you may return within the 30-day time frame for a full refund, no questions asked.

Shipping Information:

USA: Enjoy Free Shipping via FedEx, with delivery in 3-5 business days. For expedited shipping, Express shipping is available for $350.00 USD, with delivery in 1-2 business days.

Any refund requests within the 30-day timeframe will be honored. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued, but instead, replacement or repair will be covered under our 1-year warranty.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once you have returned the product and it has been inspected by our team, we will notify you via the email registered with us that we have received your item, and the refund will be processed within 1-2 business days.

If the return is approved, a refund will be processed, and it will automatically return to your original payment method, which may take 3-5 business days.
