TruckScanners.com offers a 30-day, no-questions-asked return guarantee.

You may return the product to us within 30 days, even if you simply didn’t like it. All of our items include a free prepaid return label, so you can return them within the 30-day time frame for a full refund—no questions asked.

Shipping Information:

USA: Enjoy Free Shipping via FedEx with delivery in 3-5 business days.

Express Shipping: Available for $350.00 USD, with delivery in 1-2 business days.

Refund Policy:

Any refund requests within the 30-day timeframe will be honored.

After 30 days, no refunds will be issued. Instead, replacements or repairs will be covered under our 1-year warranty.

Shipping costs are non-refundable—if you return a product, we will not reimburse the original shipping cost.

If the item has been opened and used, a $100 deduction will apply to the refund.

If an item is returned for any reason after 30 days, a 10% return fee will apply. This 10% fee is separate from the non-refundable shipping cost and the $100 deduction for used items.

Please note that our warranty differs from our 30-day return window (which is specifically for refunds).
