  • At TruckScanners.com, we stand behind the quality of our products. That’s why all of our items come with a 3-year warranty. It’s important to note that our warranty differs from our 60-day return window, which is specifically for refunds. The warranty covers repairs, exchanges ,software, tech support & hardware issues. for any issues that may arise with your purchase within the 3-year period. Warranty claim process: 

  1. If you experience an issue covered by the warranty, please contact our customer support team to report the problem or email us at info@truckscanners.com or give us a call Toll Free: (877)210-3245
  2. Our team will guide you through the troubleshooting process and determine if the issue is fixable or an exchange is required
  3. We will provide instructions for returning the item for repair or replacement. all shipping costs invoice in returns be covered by truckscanners.com without additional charges.
 

Note: While our communication adapters are brand new, our laptop scanners are refurbished and fully tested without any issue furthermore they include all new components, such as the SSD, RAM, battery, and software. That’s why we stand behind our product and offer a full 3-year warranty on the laptop. Please note that the warranty for communication adapters, such as the Nexiq USB Link 3, is provided by the manufacturer as they are Brand New not by us. If you need a replacement, you must submit your request to the manufacturer. If your adapter arrives non-working, please contact us for a replacement after 30 days you must contact manufacture for communication adapter replacement as has 3 year warranty. Any software updates performed outside of TruckScanners.com, whether by a third party or by yourself, will void the warranty. Additionally, if we need to provide remote support to resolve any resulting issues, additional costs will apply

Warranty Update (Effective 11-22-2025)
Starting November 22, 2025, all new purchases automatically include our full 3-year warranty.

Please note:

  • Purchases made before 11-22-2025 are not covered by the new 3-year warranty.

  • Orders placed prior to 11-22-2025 remain under our original warranty policy, which provided up to 6 months of coverage.

  • The new 3-year warranty does not retroactively extend or replace the warranty for previous orders.

This update applies only to purchases made on or after November 22, 2025.
